Course Content:

• Improve the experience and outcomes of your own students;
• Mentor or coach colleagues informally or formally, and to improve their practice through a structured programme;
• Recognise, articulate, and model best practice in teaching and learning;
• Create and deliver challenging and engaging CPD

The programme consists of 5 teaching & learning sessions and 2 coaching sessions with a series of post session challenges, completed over a term.

About Sarah Morgan:
Senior Leader for over 20 years, including 7 as Head Teacher. Trained by Olevi and currently leading ITT and ECT programmes for the SOLA Trust. Also working as Educational Consultant in ITT.  

About Tamara Fletcher:
Deputy Head Teacher at Warren Road. Lead STEM facilitator, leads CPD training as part of Warren Road Training Academy. Trained by Olevi and experience OTP facilitator.
