Course Overview:
This course is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools into their classrooms. Participants will explore a variety of AI-powered resources that can assist with lesson planning, content creation and classroom management. Through hands-on activities, they will gain practical experience using AI-driven tools to help them with their daily routines. By the end of the course,
participants will have a toolkit of AI applications tailored for educational settings, enabling them to reduce workload, improve student outcomes and future-proof their teaching practices in an increasingly AI-driven world.

About Tony Rolfe:
Tony Rolfe is a specialist ICT primary teacher at Warren Road Primary School who embraces AI and all that it offers. He has over 25 years’ experience in ICT and has previously worked with a variety of different organisations within the industry. Tony is passionate about ICT and is keen to help teachers move away from the traditional idea that ICT is limited to a computer suite
and ICT lessons. Tony believes that a cross-curricular approach to teaching ICT will benefit pupils more than stand alone lessons as children will start to see the role that ICT has within the wider world and challenges children in their problem solving.
