Course Feedback:
‘I am not someone that particularly enjoys courses and can find them monotonous, but I thoroughly enjoyed the OTP course. I gained a range of skills that were helpful and beneficial to my practice. I felt listened to and also challenged by the course leaders. As a result of the mentoring and coaching skills and values I gained during the course, shortly after the OTP course finished, I applied for an NPQ in leading teacher development as I want to share the knowledge that the course provided me with to new and possibly inexperienced teachers to help them stay in teaching and pass on these skills to others they encounter too.

I would often return to school following the course and discuss how interesting it was with my SLT and would share with colleagues about it and recommend it to them. It was really the most interesting and beneficial course I’ve been on in my career, and I would recommend it to everyone.’
