Course Overview:
Our open mornings offer an insight into the Talk for Reading process and are aimed at both leaders and teachers.

Course Content:

• See Talk for Reading in action in EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
• Talk to teachers and children.
• Hear from Talk for Reading leaders on how to lead the programme effectively in school.
• Have a fiction unit talked through from KS1 & KS2.

About Lucy Foster:

Lucy Foster is passionate about instilling a love of reading and writing in people of all ages. As an English subject leader at Warren Road, she has worked hard to design and develop an English curriculum where all children are able to thrive.

She brings a wealth of Talk for Writing and Talk for Reading experience across all key stages and is particularly passionate about Talk for Reading, having helped to develop and refine the approach through her own classroom practice. She is committed to sharing her knowledge and first-hand experiences to support others.
